Effective date: July 26, 2026.
This Software License Agreement governs the commercial license key, account access, update service, support entitlement, and any proprietary materials supplied with a digital product purchased from Ahmed Saad.
1. License grant
Your purchase grants the original customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial entitlement to activate and use the product on the number of sites stated on the product page or selected plan. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the Ahmed Saad name, trademarks, service infrastructure, documentation, original design assets, license keys, or customer account.
2. Open-source components
WordPress and some product code or bundled components may be supplied under the GNU General Public License or another identified open-source license. Those components remain governed by their applicable open-source licenses, and nothing in this agreement reduces rights granted by those licenses. Commercial access to license keys, automatic updates, hosted services, premium support, customer accounts, trademarks, and any separately identified proprietary materials remains governed by this agreement and the purchased plan.
3. Lifetime meaning
The license grants perpetual use of the last version lawfully supplied to you, subject to these terms. Updates are included without recurring license fees while the product remains actively maintained and offered by the seller. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the customer or an obligation to develop the product indefinitely.
If the product reaches end of life, no new feature, security, or compatibility updates are promised. You may continue using the last version lawfully provided to you. Continued availability of a hosted download after end of life is not guaranteed, so you should keep a secure backup of your lawful copy.
4. Permitted use
- You may install and use the product on the number of sites allowed by your plan.
- You may create a reasonable staging or local copy connected to a licensed production site where the licensing system supports it.
- You may modify the software for your own lawful use, subject to the applicable open-source license and the limits of your commercial entitlement.
5. Commercial entitlement restrictions
- Do not sell, publish, disclose, or share license keys, customer-account access, private download links, or update credentials.
- Do not exceed the purchased activation limit or use one customer entitlement to supply updates or support to unrelated customers.
- Do not remove or misuse trademarks, impersonate the seller, or represent a modified product as an official release.
- Do not bypass licensing, account, rate-limit, security, or access controls.
6. Updates, compatibility, and modifications
Updates are intended for the product versions and environments described on the product page or release notes. We do not promise indefinite compatibility with every WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, theme, hosting, or third-party version. A modified copy may not qualify for support until the issue is reproduced with an unmodified current release.
7. Suspension and revocation
The commercial entitlement may be suspended or revoked after an approved refund, resolved chargeback, shared key, compromised account, activation abuse, unauthorized access to private services, or another material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach. Revocation ends automatic updates, hosted downloads, premium support, and new activations; it does not override rights that an applicable open-source license or mandatory law grants in a copy already lawfully received.
