Effective date: July 26, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Ahmed Saad collects, uses, shares, secures, and retains personal data when you browse the website, create an account, purchase a digital product, download software, activate a license, request support, or raise a refund or dispute.
1. Controller and contact
Ahmed Saad is responsible for the personal data processed through this store, subject to the role of independent payment, hosting, email, analytics, and security providers. Privacy requests may be sent through:
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: +201130495753
- WhatsApp: +201130495753
2. Data we collect
- Account and contact data, including name, email, username, password hash, phone, and billing details.
- Order, invoice, payment-status, currency, product, price, refund, and transaction-reference data. Complete card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
- Digital purchase and consent evidence, including order number, exact consent text, acceptance time in UTC, checkout type, language, policy versions, immutable policy snapshots, and a snapshot of purchased product requirements.
- Delivery and usage records, including download access grants and requests, file and product references, timestamps, and limited network evidence.
- License records, including key assignment, status, activation limit, activation or deactivation events, normalized site domain, software versions, and update checks or downloads.
- Security and technical data, including encrypted IP for a limited period, keyed fingerprints, a limited browser or device summary, error logs, and abuse-prevention events.
- Communications, including support requests, refund reviews, email-send status, and relevant correspondence.
3. Why we use the data
- To form and perform the purchase contract, process the order, deliver files, and manage licenses.
- To provide updates, support, account access, invoices, and customer documents.
- To verify consent, investigate defects, decide refund requests, prevent fraud or key sharing, and respond to payment or legal disputes.
- To keep accounting, tax, consumer, security, and legal records required by applicable law.
- To improve reliability and security using data that is proportionate to the stated purpose.
Depending on the situation and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests in securing and documenting the service, or consent where consent is specifically required.
4. Payment and service providers
Necessary data may be shared with the payment provider you select, hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, accounting or professional advisers, fraud and security services, and public authorities where legally required. Each provider receives only data reasonably needed for its role. We do not sell personal data.
5. International processing
Some providers or customers may be outside Egypt. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an appropriate contractual, legal, or adequacy mechanism and limit the transferred data to what is needed.
6. Retention
- Orders, invoices, policy versions, and core consent evidence are retained for the period needed to perform the contract, meet accounting or legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Encrypted raw checkout IP and limited browser details are normally retained for 90 days under the current store setting, then removed or anonymized. Keyed fingerprints may remain longer with contract or security evidence because they do not reveal the original value without separate information.
- Download and license events are retained while the entitlement is active and for a reasonable support, security, refund, and dispute period afterward.
- Temporary diagnostic logs are normally retained for 30 to 90 days unless they are needed for an active security incident, support case, refund, or legal hold.
- Support and refund correspondence is retained for the relationship and a reasonable period afterward.
We do not intentionally retain every raw technical value forever. Retention may be extended where a legal hold, unresolved dispute, fraud investigation, or mandatory accounting rule applies.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a portable copy, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal data, and may complain to a competent data-protection or consumer authority. A deletion request may be limited where records are required to complete the contract, protect another person, comply with law, keep accounting records, or establish or defend legal claims. Where possible, unnecessary identifiers will be removed or anonymized instead.
8. Security
We use access controls, capability checks, encryption for retained raw IP, keyed fingerprints, restricted administration screens, and data-minimization measures. No online service can promise absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account, email, and license credentials secure.
9. Customer-facing documents
Customer emails, invoices, and contract-confirmation documents intentionally omit sensitive evidence such as raw IP, full browser data, internal fraud signals, security hashes, administrator notes, and usable license secrets. Authorized administrators may access protected evidence only for legitimate operational, security, refund, or legal purposes.
10. Policy changes
We may update this notice when processing or legal requirements change. Material changes receive a new effective version. Policy snapshots recorded with completed orders are preserved so later edits do not rewrite historical consent evidence.
