Effective date: July 26, 2026.
This Refund Policy applies to paid digital software and related digital entitlements purchased from Ahmed Saad. It explains when a refund review is available, how technical issues are assessed, and what happens after a refund. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
1. Immediate digital delivery and change-of-mind requests
Our products are downloadable software supplied electronically. At checkout, you may request immediate access and acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, a change-of-mind withdrawal right may end once digital delivery or access begins. This does not remove mandatory remedies for a defective, materially misdescribed, or undelivered product.
2. When a refund may be available
We will review a refund request when one or more of the following applies:
- A duplicate charge for the same order.
- Paid access or the promised download was not supplied and we could not restore it.
- The supplied file is corrupt and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- A material feature expressly advertised on the product page does not work and we cannot provide a repair or practical remedy within a reasonable time.
- The product is materially different from the description available at the time of purchase.
- A refund is required by mandatory applicable law.
3. Requests that are not normally eligible
Subject always to mandatory law, a refund is not normally available only because:
- Changing your mind after digital delivery begins.
- You downloaded the product but later decided that you no longer need it.
- You found a different or cheaper product.
- You did not review clearly disclosed system, plugin, theme, or compatibility requirements.
- Expecting a feature that was not advertised.
- Requesting custom development or configuration outside the published support scope.
- A third-party conflict where compatibility was not advertised.
- The issue was caused by an unsupported environment, incorrect setup, misuse, or a modification to the product.
- You are unwilling to provide reasonable diagnostic information needed to reproduce the reported issue.
- A license or service entitlement was suspended for key sharing, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, or another material breach.
4. How to request a refund review
Contact support promptly after discovering the issue and provide your order number, product name, a clear description, steps to reproduce, relevant WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, theme, and plugin versions, plus screenshots, logs, or a short video where appropriate. Never send passwords in plain text.
Administrator access is not automatically required. We may instead ask for a staging copy, Site Health information, logs, or a video. If temporary access is genuinely useful, it should be limited, securely shared, and removed after the review.
5. Review and available remedies
We will assess the request within a reasonable business timeframe. When a verified problem can be corrected, we may first offer a replacement file, configuration guidance, repair, update, or practical workaround. If the product has a material defect or non-conformity and no reasonable remedy can be provided, we may approve a full or proportionate refund as required by the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Approved refunds
An approved full refund ends the related commercial entitlement. The associated license may be revoked, active sites may be deactivated, and access to future downloads, updates, and support may end where legally and technically appropriate. You must stop using any entitlement that was refunded, except to the extent applicable open-source or mandatory law provides otherwise.
The store processes an approved refund through the original payment method where available. Bank, card, wallet, or payment-provider settlement times are controlled by the provider and may continue after the store has issued the refund.
7. Contact and related terms
Send refund requests through the published support channel and include the order number. This policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions, Software License Agreement, and Support Policy.
